“Sometimes it’s not easy to tell which one is going to be the scariest when you make it because the visual effects aren’t in place yet,” said Michelle King. “Once it’s on screen, it has a greater impact.”
Kings also noted that Sunday’s “demon algorithms” were “inspired by TikTok.” The episode is described as “a single mother who enlists the team to consider the potentially diabolical ways in which the viral app TipTop terrorizes her family”.
Evil Currently in its third season, it was recently announced that Paramount+ has renewed the series for a fourth season.
